Right Brain Hemisphere Learning
With LangoPlay, learning a new language can become fun. You don’t need to memorize long word lists. You don’t need to study grammar rules. You learn by following a story. When you learn through storytelling, you use the right brain hemisphere. This way, learning becomes easier and more natural.
Each level has 145 chapters. On average, you can learn 7 new words in each chapter. This means you can learn about 1,000 words per level.
In the first part of each chapter, you discover new words. As you play story, you understand and remember the words through context. Play each chapter until all the sentences make sense.
Next comes the second part, where you test yourself. You choose the correct meanings for the words you learned. This part uses the left side of your brain and it helps you understand the individual words better.
Finally, you listen to the full chapter in audio form. This improves your listening skills and helps you get used to the sound of the language. All parts work together to build your skills step by step.
Story
In the Story part, complete the sentences by filling in the missing word. You always have three options to choose from. Focus on understanding the meaning of the sentence you are trying to complete. Use the help provided under the sentence if needed.
Test
In the Test part, check how well you remember the words. Choose the correct meaning of each word in your native language. Try to choose the correct words as fast as you can. Practice until you know the translation instantly.
Listening
In the Listening part, listen to the full chapter in the target language. First, listen many times until you understand everything perfectly. Then slow down the audio and repeat each sentence until your pronunciation is accurate. Finally, hide the left side of the screen and try to translate the sentences back into the learned language.
