How can I get the most from the game?
Focus on fully understanding the story in each chapter. Try to finish each chapter with the highest number of stars.
How many words can I learn?
The game teaches 3,000 words across three levels.
- In Level 1, you learn around 1,200 new words.
- In Level 2, you learn around 900 new words.
- In Level 3, you learn around 900 new words.
Level 1 uses only basic grammar. Level 2 introduces more grammar, and Level 3 includes advanced grammar.
How does the game help me remember new words?
Research shows that you need to see a new word 10 to 15 times to remember it. In LangoPlay, new words appear again and again in full sentences, so you have many chances to encounter them, helping them stay in your memory.
What language skills does the game develop?
The game helps you improve your reading, listening, and speaking skills.
How long is each chapter?
Each chapter takes about 10 minutes to complete.
Is there help if I don’t understand something?
Yes. Before you complete each sentence in the Story section, you can see a hint below it. You can also see the hint after finishing the sentence to make sure you understood it correctly.

Are there ads in the game?
No, there are no ads in the game.
Ads break your focus (and our hearts), so we keep LangoPlay completely ad-free.
What languages is the game available in?
LangoPlay teaches English. Translations are available in 18 languages. You can see the list of languages in the game Settings.

Right now, you can play the game at langoplay.com. We plan to release an Android and iOS apps in the future.

The game follows the story of Robinson Crusoe. It has three levels: beginner, pre-intermediate, and intermediate. Each level has 145 chapters. Students take a short test at the beginning to find their starting level.
Can I use it in the classroom, or is it only for self-study?
The game works well for both.
Each chapter has three parts: Story, Test, and Listening.
Students can complete all the parts on their own. However, the Listening part is also suitable for pair work in class.
Can I track students' progress?
Yes. Students earn stars in each chapter. If a student earns the maximum number of stars, it means they have completed that chapter successfully.
